Eric Theiss is a chef and culinary expert. His career began in New Jersey when, as a child, his Italian mother gave him his first cookbook. As a young adult, Theiss worked at The Culinary Renaissance under the leadership of renowned chef Frank Falcinelli. Theiss eventually opened his own fine dining restaurant, the Meritage in West Chester, PA. He soon began to earn rave reviews from some of Philadelphia’s most prominent food critics.
Theiss soon moved into culinary broadcast world where he worked in product development for major live shopping networks and for major celebrity lines. He then developed his own line of kitchen tools and cookware. Theiss remains as a clear leader in the industry and he has created a publishing company that delivers cook books.
